Today I went over my Up Tempo Kickbox Jam go make sure that the CD was ok. I changed some things and I think it has better flow now. That was 41 minutes.
Then I did a PopSugar Cardio Boxing routine off of YouTube and it was 33 minutes but not the best workout to get a sweat.
Then I did 34 minutes of weight work including floorwork for abs, glutes and legs.
Sunny but still cooler than I work like.
