Hi Siobhan,
I almost joined you but instead I laid in the sun for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Then I came in and did 21 minutes of a kickboxing workout , then I did a warm up and 1 chest exercise off of a NML workout. Did not want to do push up so I stopped it and did my own upper body weight workout for about 20 minutes which included biceps, triceps, back and floorwork for abs and legs.
So I did something, lame but something nevertheless.
