Today's workouts:

YouTube- Julie Jones Fitness- "No Repeat-Total Body & Cardio/Ropeless Jump Rope - 25 min.
IFit- "Getting Started Elliptical Workout # 3- 22 min.
YouTube- Angie Fitness TV- 15 min to Fit: Jump Rope & Cardio Intervals -(actually about 18 min. with the warmup & cooldown/stretch)

Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day today. My back is sore from my workout yesterday. I got up, nonetheless, and read for an hour instead. I also stretched.

Hi ladies,

Today I did another of the FITT TECH Kickboxing workout (taebo trained instructor) that was 54 minutes long. I had on my wrist weights and it was tough. Nice workouts and rest day ladies .

Beautiful day outside.

I see you posted just before me so I will update my post. Sounds like kickboxing is your fun cardio, love that as well.

Great job today with: another of the FITT TECH Kickboxing workout (taebo trained instructor) (Wow, I did not know about that)= 54 minutes long and did this with wrist weights. Bravo and high fives!! You are an inspiration and a heck of a Cathelte. Enjoy the day;)
