Hi ladies,

Started the May rotation today with GS Chest and Triceps, then added abs from Leaner Legs.

After doing Xtrain GS feels like it moves so fast!
 
Hi gang,

I did Jeannette Jenkin's Kickboxing Bootcamp today for my workout. I will not be working out tomorrow since I have an all day sub job so I did this to kind of cover the weights I won't get in tomorrow since it is a circuit workout.

Hi Everyone,

It's true Annette - it's been soooo busy. It's tax season for DH, dance competition season for my eldest DD and April was fitness month at work (I'm on the committee). It's busy beyond!!!!

May will be a bit easier - I hope.

Today I did PUB. Loved it!
