Wow, it's cold here!

Today I did nothing. I might stretch later tonight. I took my girls to a play last night so didn't fall asleep until late.

Annette: is that a sleeping aid? lunesta? do you have trouble sleeping? I never enjoy that. When I started going through menopause, I was unable to stay asleep for more than 1 or 2 hours. Progesterone fixed that. Now, I am intermittent fasting (8 hour eating window). What a difference it is making to my sleep. I am sleeping through the night and feel so rested in the morning. Nice change. Good luck getting your prescription quickly!

have a good rainy day friends.

Hi all

Ceci - my sleeping has been a nightmare since perimenopause started. I take melatonin and a calcium/magnesium supplement before bed and it helps. I you a lot of credit for the intermittent fasting. I am really angry when I am hungry :)

Today was 2018 Roadtrip Upper Body and Core Live.

Have a great day!

Hi ladies,

Yes, lunesta is a prescription sleeping aid. I slept much better last night after getting the prescription filled.

Today I taught my Cardio Kickbox circuit workout to 6 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 42 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs.

Ended with 10 minutes on the elliptical, and that was all I could muster.

Home now doing laundry, fun fun.

PT tomorrow.

Have a great day and workout!!
