I hope you are sitting down for this workout check in.
Today I had 4 ladies and we did my 20-20-20 Wrap up Circuit workout which was about 62 minutes.
Then I asked if anyone wanted to stay and go through the new Step/Kickbox Fusion routine. Judy said she would. So we did the whole routine which was about 50 ish minutes. She said that it will be a learning curve but she liked it.
Then I did 35 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps and triceps, and I pushed the sled with 2 and 3 plates and finished with floorwork for abs and a stretch.
So I am done.
Nice to see you get a workout in. Hope the doctor can help you with your back. Dentist was good. I was numb for 6 hours which was waaay too long.
Anyway I am hungry now.
Raining here all day.
