I am running late!!!!

This morning I didn't feel like doing anything so I did 31 minutes of gym style legs + tried out first 25 minutes of my new ilaria bodystrikes 2 dvd - wowee! love it.

I am drenched.

Hi all,

I did 30 min. of floor legwork, abs and some triceps off of Jeannette Jenkins' Sexy Arms, Legs and Abs and the abwork off of Cathe's PSSL&A. (combined time)

Didn't want to hurt my feet anymore in my new shoes so I decided to not do cardio but still wanted to get a workout in, I have not done abs in a while so it was a nice change of pace.:D
