Hi gals,

Today I taught my Cardio Dance Party Circuit to 7 ladies for about 50 minutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of various weights using dumbbells and cable and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Some was the pyramid method but only went up the pyramid, some was not.

Also did 18 minutes on the stair machine, hadn't done it in awhile.
