Hi Annette,

Today I did caroline g - calisthenics workout - total body, no weights - it was good and tough

I wish I had space in my basement for an elliptical but I don't. I share a very small space with my husband's office. You must have solid legs, Annette!

Yes, I have fairly solid legs. They are one reason at my weight that I can fit into a size 8 pants and sometimes a 6.

Today I had 3 and we did my Weights , Cardio and more Weights 1 which is intense and 55 minutes long.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including barbell and dumbbells plus floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes.

Nice workout for you.

Mind you I don't go terribly fast on the elliptical, I do between level 8 and 10 on the fat burn setting so it is mostly endurance, will put the elevation up 1 or 2 notches also.
