Youngest son(who does not live with us,but shares an apartment with middle son) tested positive for COVID. He went yesterday and got tested. Now middle son is also quarantining because of his brother. Let's pray that the middle son doesn't get it. Today youngest has a fever of 101 but feels fine.
Today I had 5 ladies 3 of which were returning to the gym after being gone for a year. I did not sugar coat the workout, we have upped our reps to 20 now and they were complaining a little. Sorry should have done something at home.
One of my regulars approached me after class and said ' you aren't going to sugar coat the workouts for them ?' I said absolutely not, they can catch up or not do all the reps.
We did my Weights, Cardio and more Weights 1, it is around 56 minutes and we got on the floor for the last weight segment. My 80 year old farm wife got on the floor and did it.
Then I did 30 minutes of moderate weights using the barbell, cables, dumbbells and leg press machine.
