Hi Annette,

I don't know why I didn't check in yesterday. I worked out and had a long workout, actually.

Today I did a Cathe Live - cardio weights mash-up. I added on pyramid pump biceps just to extend the workout. now, to stretch.

Hi Siobhan ,

Today I had 2 and we did my Lower Body Challenge workout for 52 minutes. I announced that I would be ending my class at the end of April. They took it well.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, cables, dumbbells, sled and floorwork for abs and legs.

Now I need to go home quickly change clothes and go get my hair trimmed.
