Today I did Rippedism Cardio Carver 2 + two short Craig Ballantyne workouts on Youtube - turbulence training. Once I get through Rippedism I will return to sharing time with Cathe. She is my first love, of course.

Hi gals,

Busy day this morning, got up early but not early enough to get in a workout before going to the gym. Woke son up to go to the gym, went to the gym and did about 33-35 min. on the stair machine, then 30 min. of weight work including abs. It felt a bit rushed because I had a dentist appointment at 11:40 and needed to drop son off at the college before. Needless to say said son had to go to the dentist with me and wait since I was running late. sigh. And I had a cavity to boot:eek:

Hopefully the rest of the day will go smoother.

Annette - sounds like you had a busy day. I am impressed by how you often do both home and gym workouts.

Sandy - STS is nearly over. Relieved? Would you recommend it? I guess it is best if you can do the full program right? I still think it's a lot of money, even though it's not much per dvd, so maybe if demand works smoothely that will be the solution for me to try it.

I did Iso Strength Chisel today. 264 Kcal (made sure to write it like that for you Siobhan). That's how calories are written on all food packaging here so I guess I just picked it up. It's shorter. Those H&C workouts are sneaky, esp. The chisel ones. I go into it thinking, it's short she's not lifting super heavy... It'll be fine and I can double it up. And by the 2nd or 3rd exercise my muscles are burning and/or I am literally shaking when holding the iso and think no way am I doing another workout after this one. All exercises were done in reps of 10 followed by 10 sec iso hold and then another 2 rounds of the same before moving on to the next exercize. So with no rest at all between the reps and holds. Ouch! Tough little workout for sure... But again not what I consider fun.

Tomorrow the H&C has a rest day scheduled, so it will either be real rest or perhaps a Cize workout. They make me sweat without making anything burn.
