Bitgym- 5 min rowing on Lake Tahoe
Hydrow- 5 min. rowing on Charles River, Boston
Hydrow- 5 min. Core Strength with Foam Roller-Boston

Today I did MPL for 47 minutes. It was challenging and a good replacement for cardio.

Hi ladies,

Today I slept in and then stayed home and did 37 minutes of a 52 minute Clau and Paty Cardio Box routine and a 17 minute Taebo. The first part of the 37 minutes I had on my wrist weights, she is a young instructor so sometimes she is more high impact than I can take. But she is good. I wore my wrist weights for the taebo one. So I got my cardio in for the day.
