Is this anything like being a Fly Girl??:D

Carmen - I did Yoga Max on Monday, and my sinuses are having fits, so you should have seen me falling all over the place. It was laughable~!

Today was Total Body Triset Upper Body - I just don't like that disc. I subbed 4DS Upper body weights only premix instead.

It's been a while since I've done trisets. I like it - it's just the music I don't click with. 4DS upper body is tough!

This morning I did Delta Fit Workout 1/Disc 1 - speed shred I think. I cannot breathe by the end of that one. It's a scary kind of cannot breathe!!!! But it's good.

Then, I did glutes/ham/hips from Lisa Watson Strong Stride.

Hi Ladies - today i worked heavy muscle too!. I loaded barbell to 40 pounds that all i have and did a total body sequence moving pretty fast from each exercise. 10 reps and hit each body part 2-3 times.

may do so,ething later for a little cardio.

Hi gals, I only do 2 things a day that I read on Fly Lady otherwise my house is a mess, LOL!!:eek:

I did PUB up only premix, part of the abs and MIS abs also. :D
