Perfect 30- Perfect Pump-Upper Body workout- 31 min. ( Yes, I did pull out an actual dvd!) :)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "Row, Lunge, Repeat" Rowing & Bodyweight Lunges Circuit

Nice workout for you! LOL! About pulling out a DVD.

Today I did Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio workout which is 45 minutes long. I wore my boxing gloves for the part that used the bands. Nice sweat and I started out cold and finished feeling hot and sweaty.

Hope everyone else gets a good workout in or a much needed rest day.

I think I may have PiYo. May have to look for it.
 
Annette, good job with Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio workout which is 45 minutes. So, would you recommend this one? I'm looking for some good cardio workouts.
Nicki, if you want a balanced cardio with resistance bands then this one works well. It is only 45 minutes which is a nice time frame. He has another Fat Blasting Total Body one that uses bands also and it is an hour long. I like that one too. His Get Ripped series are good too. Finding them maybe difficult as most aren't sold anymore except used.
