Today I did Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio workout which is 45 minutes long. I wore my boxing gloves for the part that used the bands. Nice sweat and I started out cold and finished feeling hot and sweaty.
Hope everyone else gets a good workout in or a much needed rest day.

Nicki, if you want a balanced cardio with resistance bands then this one works well. It is only 45 minutes which is a nice time frame. He has another Fat Blasting Total Body one that uses bands also and it is an hour long. I like that one too. His Get Ripped series are good too.
