Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's Stacked Upper Body workout. I really enjoyed it! the first time I did this workout I thought - wow, such light weights. Within hours my whole upper body was sore. I added on 10 minutes of abs from lesmill.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I only had 1 lady show up and we did the Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit which was an hour. I made us do 20 reps of all the weights instead of our normal 16. She was feeling it.

Then I did 11 minutes on the stair machine and 45 minutes of all dumbbell weight work including floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.

Think I am finished now.
