Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's RWH back/shoulders/biceps - I modified it a bit (to shorten) and added on 10 minutes of Caroline G's bodyweight legs.

I hope you're not injured. I feel like I have so many minor injuries... shoulders, lower back etc.

Hi Siobhan,

Today nobody ( ok 1 lady showed up but decided to go walk) showed up so I ended up doing 24 minutes on the stair machine.

Then I did about 40 minutes of weight work including dumbbells, machines and floorwork.

Pretty lame workout if you ask me. It is pouring the rain outside and of course I have no umbrella with me, sigh.

Nice workout for you . I may go home and do something else.

My shoulder blade still hurts so we shall see.
