Good Morning Everyone,

I had to take a couple of rest days - got a cold (goodness right after having the flu).

Today I took it easy and did 30 minutes of TTapp - you still work up a sweat!!!???

Yesterday was a rest day spent at the hospital waiting for my sil to come through colon cancer surgery. She did well and no colostomy was needed.

Today was Hard Strikes time saver no conditioning, then to the gym for 22 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes of weight work heavy work on chest and then other muscle group covered in a lighter manner including abs.

Warm here today very nice outside.
 
I woke up with a cold, too this morning, now I've got a red nose:(. Nevertheless I did disc 32 meso 3 plyo legs and yoga based abs from the Sts abs circuit disc. I really like these plyo legs routines, they are not easy but the routines are flexible enough to let you choose just the right weight that challenge you without making you die.
Annette glad to hear all went well with the surgery of your Sil.
 
Hi all!

Annette - I hope they got her whole tumor so she is on the mend now.

I wasn't sure what w/o to do today... Part of me just wanted to crochet and relax and another part wanted to w/o so I opted for both. I just did KCM Muscle up w/o 1, so a nice 30 chest, back, shoulders and abs and now I still have time to relax a bit before bedtime. I already did a little cardio this afternoon when I joined in running layups in a figure 8 across two courts during the training I gave. Every bit counts, right?
