Hi ladies,

Siobhan - Good workout yesterday. That is one of my Xtrain favs.

Today was PUB, I always do the core first or my arms won't last. Do you do that also?
 
Hi Conni,

I tend to blow off core work in PUB. I looooove PUB though. Why oh why has Cathe not done a repeat of these? I don't get it. Everyone loves her pyramid workouts.

I did not workout yet today. I hope to workout tonight, after work. I was soooo tired this morning.

Hi gals,

I did a kickboxing workout off of On Demand which was 32 min. long. It wasn't bad, nothing else appealed to me today but I wanted to do something.

Hi Ladies - with my mom here I havent been working out to regularly. Today I did Xtrain All Out Low Impact HIIT sans the step and discs. then I added on Zcut workout #5 which came in at 11 min. Sweat fest.

I went for a doctor visit today and have lost 3 pounds since last I saw him last year. That was good news for me today.

Hi everyone,

I managed 30 minutes of H/C volume 1. Tomorrow is a rest day for me - I am at the agency.

Good news Carmen. P.S. I haven't sent anything down yet. I will find time to do it over easter. My DH lost ALL my fitness files - he didn't back up the file when he transferred it :( I had some good stuff on there!

See you all Friday - I hope.

Oh and I ordered the new series.
