Hi gals,

Today I came to the gym and with one of my ladies we did an all ad lib kickboxing workout to one of my kickboxing CDs. It was about 50 minutes long and we got a good sweat. Couldn't look like a class so I was on the floor with her .

Then she left and I did a weight routine using the pyramid method, 2 exercises for chest(flies and chest press), 1 for biceps (hammer curls), 1 for triceps ( 1 dumbbell overhead both hands holding it), 1 for back(lying overhead extensions) and then should press for shoulders.

Then I went into the ladies room and did back row with a twist and floorwork for abs and legs. All in all 41 minutes of weight work.

Gotta head home and do some laundry.

Ceci I am so sorry to hear you had to shut down your business. I hope it’s only temporary.

Today was ICE Chiseled Upper Lower Body Live and a stretch. I am getting out taking walks as I can during the day to combat the remote work.
