Great workout for you.
Today I had 3 ladies and we did my Step/Kickbox Fusion routine. It ended up being about an hour. For the most part they liked it, it will need a few tweaks here and there. But they were sweating big time.
Then I did 40 minutes of some weight work using the cables, back machine, dumbbells and floorwork.
So now I have a doctor's appointment.
