Hi everyone,

Carmen - Have fun smooching that grandbaby!

Cecfifi- KPC is the best kickbox workout Cathe ever did, imo.

Today was S90 Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's, and I added the Floorwork from Tracey's Glutecamp. My arms are sore from Back and bi's so I know I am going to be feeling this one tomorrow..
 
Hi Connie - I also started a check in thread....I wish there was someway to delete that.

Today is a time challenge. Its a capoiera move that I have to do 60 reps as quickly as possible. If I'm not coordinated enough to do it I'll do TJ or KPC.

Working half day today then waiting for my baby visit :D

Hi all,

I did 30 min. of Jeanette Jenkin's Sexy Arms, Legs and Abs for my workout. That workout really works your legs hard, they hurt the next day every time I do it.

Anyway trying to do low carb again and eat mostly protein in an effort to lose some weight. I think it is starting work work, can't go no carb because my body doesn't like that but still trying to cut back a lot.

Down a couple of pounds already so that is good.
