Today I did another short but intense Daily Burn KB workout. instant muscle building wow. Time is just so tight these days and I did not sleep well last night. My DD did not come home until almost midnight and I can't sleep until I know she is home - even if DH is waiting up for her :(

Henriette - your life is busy and with little sleep. I feel for ya! I know it's part of being a young mom but it's challenging. And I am the same about my workouts. I feel sad when I can't workout so I like to squeeze in something if/when I can - even if it's just 20 minutes.

Hi Ceci,

Today I taught my Disco Circuit workout to 8 ladies for about 53 minutes. Then I did an hour of weight work ending with floorwork abs and legs.

I got carried away, talking, and helping an older lady at the gym, then saw another lady who has been sick and was just days away from getting a visit from me. So time got away from me.

Youngest son seems to be enjoying his new job so I am happy for him. And I think some of my recent weight gain and finding it hard to lose was probably stress eating from it taking sooo long for the youngest son to find a job.

I was down a half a pound this morning which was encouraging to see.[emoji3]

Cold and windy here, brrrr!!

Hi Siobhan and Annette. March has been crazy and fast right?! I’m seriously looking forward to warmer weather.

Great workouts too. Siobhan it’s good that you’re still getting some workouts in your busy days. I know how frustrating that can be.

Today I did Cathe IMAX 2. Such fun, fun, fun choreography and music.

Hi All!

For some reason the check in was not showing up in my feed on my mobile, so I needed to check on a computer.
Wednesday was half a day working from home, so lots of walks trying to get Mick to nap, but he just wanted to be awake. I don't think he slept more than an hour at a time at any given point, whereas at daycare he will sleep for up to 3 hours at a time. Fortunately whenever he was awake he was just happy and chatting with himself so I could still get on with my work.

In the evening my bf took him for a walk so I could finally workout. I did Body Beast Bulk Arms. I have never done that one before and with my new way of going heavy my arms were floating after the workout. It's a lot of pyramid work for Bi's and Tri's although he calls it progressive. Main difference is it is in reps of 15, 12, 8, 8, 12, 15 or only going up with the weights, down with the reps. Really enjoyed it and using the worksheets I wouldn't necessarily need the DVD while doing it. Perhaps better without DVD as I was sometimes a little slower than them, but I would have to make a note of when we get a rest and how much as during the pyramids there was no rest!
