Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live: Lift is split it for chest and triceps - it was 41 minutes. I added on 3 sets of push-ups from STS Meso 1 week 1, disc 1. I will do my own extended stretch now.

Linda - I checked out that workout. That one looks fun!
Nora - Good golly you worked out for most of yesterday! That was a doozy of a workout :)
Deanna - I checked out your rec as well - I love Supercuts. It's so invigorating and fun.
Nicki - nice to see you checking in even if you can't get in a workout.
Annette - you and Nora out did yourselves yesterday! Good news from you doctor - yeah :)

Siobhan, great workout: Cathe Live: Lift is split it for chest and triceps - 41 minutes & 3 sets of push-ups from STS Meso 1. Great upper body workout. Yes, Shock Circuit is an oldie, but goodie. It was an early one,
so the quality of the video wasn't the best, but not that important. They improved over time. Some good
exercises in it!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Sweat & Shred Upper Body" - 46 min.
Blender add-on: Chest Finisher- 10 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was short and sweet since I have another doctor's appointment at 1.

So today was Kelly's TLC Boxing Combos which is 32 minutes and I wore my boxing gloves for it all.

Nice workouts so far ladies!
 
Shock Cardio - MMA Boxing. I LOVE this one!!!! I thought the jumping might be too much, but it was fine! This went by super quick!
 
Well, it looks like you girls had a Boxing Day :). Deanna, with MMA Boxing (my favorite
boxing workout) and Annette with Kelly’s TLC..

Insanity Max 30- Sweat Intervals = 32 Min
