Hi ladies,
Today has been a wonky day from the time I got out of bed. I accidentally reset my alarm clock's time and not the alarm time so I got woken up an hour early and the clock said that it was an hour later but I did not notice till after my shower. I came back into the bedroom and saw my hubby's clock and it said 8:05 when I thought that I was awakened at 8:20 so it didn't make sense. Then my clock which is always 10 minutes fast said 9:16. The house phone(landline) said 7:05 so I was really confused. So I called my poor hubby to ask him for the actual time.
It appears that I reset the time on my alarm clock last night up 1 hour instead of resetting the alarm on the clock,sigh. And amazingly enough the house phone reset to the real time after I hung up with hubby and it is not connected to the internet! Go figure.
Anyway, I made it to the gym to teach 6 ladies my Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 2 workout for 50 minutes even had a new lady.
Then I did 50 minutes of weight work including cable work, pyramid style 1 exercise for chest, shoulders, biceps,triceps and back both up and down the pyramid.
Then floorwork for abs only.
I have a dentist appointment at 2:30 so gotta run.
