YT- C&E workout for 45 minutes - upper body- Lots of good C&E workouts, WTG & high fives!! Sounds like you had fun.
You mentioned it was a triple cardio workout for me yesterday. I guess I never really thought of it like that.
My aim was for it to be 1 cardio (Kickbox Fusion), and more strength focused with Sandbag and Lower Body Tabata which is more of a strength Tabata. Anyway, it was a fun combo.

YT- Body Tech Kombat Fitness workout= 47 minutes - Gotta love Kickbox, its always fun, and can be modified as needed. Plus, its good way to get rid stress in a healthy way.
