Longer one this morning, so that's it for me. Hair trim appt later this AM..........

KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn- Lower Body Tabata = 27 Min :)

Hi ladies,

Today I found a Body Tech Kombat Fitness workout on YouTube it was 47 minutes. I have done these before wasn't sure about this one but it was very good. Again in Spanish with occasional English words thrown in so I am not sure if originally it was in English with a Spanish dubbing or if it is in Spanish with a sprinkling of English.

Anyway, I am not as sore as I thought I would be after yesterday's monumental push. Of course I am not doing weights today either, tomorrow might tell a different story.

Nice workouts ladies, looks like we all did something around the same length of time.

I got some "STS" bars from Amazon so I did Fit Tower BootCamp! What a difference the bars made! I still had to modify, but not much. I was even able to do the abs with the band with my door anchor. And my high step worked well for the parts where Cathe lowered her bar. I thouroughly enjoyed this one, even though there were a couple of times I thought I might be on the brink of death! LOL!

YT- C&E workout for 45 minutes - upper body- Lots of good C&E workouts, WTG & high fives!! Sounds like you had fun.

You mentioned it was a triple cardio workout for me yesterday. I guess I never really thought of it like that.
My aim was for it to be 1 cardio (Kickbox Fusion), and more strength focused with Sandbag and Lower Body Tabata which is more of a strength Tabata. Anyway, it was a fun combo.

YT- Body Tech Kombat Fitness workout= 47 minutes - Gotta love Kickbox, its always fun, and can be modified as needed. Plus, its good way to get rid stress in a healthy way.
