Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 5 ladies and we did my Cardio Dance Party Circuit which was about 47 minutes long.
Then I did 55 minutes of a pyramid up style workout doing 2 exercises for triceps, chest (on an incline) , shoulders, 1 exercise for biceps and no back. I hit back hard in the class. Then I did the calf and leg press machines and 1 cable exercise before doing floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a nice stretch.
Think I am finished.
