Hi Siobhan,

Today I taught my fan favorite workout Aerobic and Kickbox Circuit to 6 ladies for an hour.

Then I did 25 minutes of weights for chest, triceps and biceps.

It was a nice workout to teach after coming back from a long weekend away.

Hi Annette,

I meant to check-in yesterday. Not sure what happened. So I did - Cathe's Perfect 30 lower body -wowza - Fun fun fun!! and tough. absolute sweatfest. Next, I added on 15 minutes of horizontal conditioning and did my own stretch.
