Daily Check-In Wednesday June 9

Good Morning Glories!

I'm sipping coffee and trying to wake up...had a hard time falling asleep last night. Today is cardio, most likely a treadmill run.

I have my coffee too, and I am ready to start an IV....

Today was circuit - I did Kelly's Cardio Sculpt.

We leave a week from today....am I on the plane yet????:eek:
 
Hi all,

I did about 33 min. of taebo for my cardio then did 2 exercises for shoulders off of Slow and Heavy then did 2 more for shoulders off of the Pure Strength series. Nice workout for me and I also did some non weighted squats just to see how my knees would do and they didn't do too bad. They were more like Plie squats and I lifted my foot onto the toe for more calf work but I did 8 on each side (toe lifted that is) and 8 with both toes lifted. Didn't hurt like I thought it would.

It is raining here today and my boys are at the church helping to set up for the children's program which starts Sunday so I am all alone!!!:cool::eek:

My oldest had off work today because of the rain so he drove them so I got to stay home!!! Yipee for me!! Alone time!!:D
