Siobhan- Sorry to hear about all the smoke from fires in Canada right now. Yes that makes for some yucky air quality. Prayers for the those fighting those fires. Hopefully they will make good progress on getting it under control.

a mix of STS 2.0 biceps (38 minutes) and added on 10 minutes of MPL. Sounds like a great paring to a wonderful workout. Glad your are enjoying STS 2.0 so far
