Today's workouts:

YT- Juice & Toya- 15 min. Full Body Medicine Ball workout
IFit- Interval Treadmill Walk- Orlando, Florida - 21 min.
Blender- "Double Trouble Abs" - 18 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of 2.0 biceps (38 minutes) and added on 10 minutes of MPL. I am loving the 1 minute rests in between sets. I do my back exercises throughout the workout which is helping a lot!!

Annette - sounds like you are feeling much better. yeah!
Nora - I am with Linda - I cannot follow a rotation to a T - I stray, all the time.
Linda - nice workout today! I hope all is better with you

We are having crazy wild fires (climate) in Canada right now. My DD couldn't work out on the patio yesterday or today, outdoor activities have been cancelled for parks & rec and schools, it smells like smoke everywhere in Toronto and we had to close our windows. Not good at all. Ottawa skies were yellow yesterday. Yellow - from smoke blowing over from Quebec. Not good at all.

Hi ladies,

Today I did a 32 minute TurboKick workout off YouTube. It was fast since it was a mask up workout . I have headaches from my antibiotic and my mouth (lower jaw) hurts because I did the whitening trays and actually was able to sleep in them but I am paying for it now, sigh.

Think I will try and lay in the sun.

Nice workouts. We actually have an air quality alert here.

Great workout this AM Siobhan with biceps & MPL. Yes, on the radio here, that's all they have been talking about and it looking hazy, but I really haven't noticed much.

Nice day to lay out in the sun Annette! Sounds like a fun workout for you this AM with
32 minute TurboKick workout. Oh, I have the radio on now and they just mentioned
the "air quality".

Siobhan- Sorry to hear about all the smoke from fires in Canada right now. Yes that makes for some yucky air quality. Prayers for the those fighting those fires. Hopefully they will make good progress on getting it under control.
