Hi Ceci , great workout and stretch.
Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and Weights 1 workout to 9 ladies including 2 brand spanking new ladies for about 62 minutes. Tough workout to start with but they made it through.
Then I did 40 minutes of weight work for biceps, shoulder, chest, legs and abs. I managed a shakey not quite a full rep at 80 pounds on the barbell for chest press. This time I started with 45 (barbell alone) and went up from there. Still an improvement.
PT at 2 this afternoon.
