Hi Everyone,

Today I did S&S 4 segments (30 minutes) + 15 minutes of stretching. I found a stretch that is really helping a lot! phew.

Ceci - thanks for the well wishes. I am finally starting to feel human again. This was an awful cold. I am going to take the rest of the week off to be sure I am totally healed.

Hi Ceci , great workout and stretch.

Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and Weights 1 workout to 9 ladies including 2 brand spanking new ladies for about 62 minutes. Tough workout to start with but they made it through.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work for biceps, shoulder, chest, legs and abs. I managed a shakey not quite a full rep at 80 pounds on the barbell for chest press. This time I started with 45 (barbell alone) and went up from there. Still an improvement.

PT at 2 this afternoon.
