Wowwww, I can't believe that's it for June.

Today I did Cathe's STS Meso 1 disc 3 for legs. I didn't do the standing/barre portion (amazing workout again). I added on 20 minutes of Art of Strength's Kettlebell workout Providence. An oldie but a goodie. Now, to stretch.

It's hot here too, Annette. As soon as I step outside, it's wet and my hair turns lumpy and curly at once ugh.

Hot again today, ugh!!

Today I had 3 ladies and we did my All Kickbox Combo Circuit which ended up being 55 minutes. We went over the cd time because we were doing floorwork.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including barbell up to 105 (I think), then I did the new back machine, the new shoulder/back machine and went up to 25 pounds on each side. Then I did 2 rounds of seated overhead triceps.

Now I have to go see the kidney doctor.
