Good morning girls!

Hope this finds everyone well....

Last night I did a Blender- Perfect STS 2 Bootcamp-25 min. I did have to go very easy & light on the cardio/leg parts - 25 min. Today's workouts: Blender- Body Shop: Chest & Biceps- 25 min. and Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min.. Rowing & Weights Upper Body EMOM.

Even though my knee is feeling 95% better, I tend to "baby" whatever is hurting and now I am experiencing that in other parts where I guess I was using the other leg more if that makes sense and my arms/hands to hold on more going up/down steps, etc. so soreness in those areas now...
(sigh)

Today I did a Michelle Briehler youtube workout of bodyweight hiit for 45 minutes. It was tough. I stopped several times to catch my breath. Very Hoco like.

Great workout this morning Linda. You got a lot in. I'm glad your knee is starting to feel better.

Big workouts from you both yesterday, Annette and Nora - despite the weather.

the Bootcamp blender was last night & modified a lot…so only 35 min. This morning, but I guess it all counts in the end :)

Glad your knee is feeling better. Ido that to baby an injured area, nothing wrong with that. Maybe the other muscles were compendatingfor it. They'll be fine just rest or warm shower, or advil. Take care rest and be well. Enjoy your Wednesday:)

Hi ladies,

Nothing like another hazy day with air quality alerts.

Tried to lay in the sun but the sun didn't cooperate sigh.

Came to the gym and did 47 minutes on the elliptical. Will do floorwork at home since the ladies room here is occupied by 2 ladies so room is limited.

Nice workouts all around.

Annette, yes, it’s hazy here today too. Little smoke smell here where I live, but I was over on the east side close to interstate this AM and the smoke smell over there was pretty strong. Glad I had my mask with me…Great elliptical workout at the gym today.

I had a change of plans today. DH and I had to get come stuff for DH's sister' b-day party and Iran out of time to workout today. Sorry.
