Hi Everyone,

I took the day off today and enjoyed a longer than usual workout. SSOD - 22 minutes of cycling + 30 minutes of an amazing tabata bootcamp. Wow. That was fun. I didn't want to stop. Now - to stretch.

Hi all

Today was Circuit Works plus Barre and Core Live.

On the sugar/hot flashes front I do not see a difference when I cut out the sugar. Even if it did help it's not something I could do long term. I eat mainly a plant based diet with meat 2 or 3 times a week at dinner only so I consume a lot of carbs. It's all good as my goal was to go through menopause naturally which I am doing!

Hi ladies,

Ceci, I teach 3 days a week M-W-F.

Today I taught my All Kickbox combos circuit workout to 4 ladies for about 52 minutes. Then I showed them some of the new moves which we will be doing next Wednesday.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs, legs and glutes.
Got 105 off the rack but that was it.

Hot day today.

Since estrogen is stored in fat cells there is something to be said about keeping some body fat to cut down on the hot flashes. I have been period free for about 3 years and have no hot flashes. I did back in my late 30's when I was having cycle problems but since the ablation, no problems at all.
