Good Morning ladies!

A nice long workout for you, Nicki, yesterday with CL Get Looped Lower Body, CL Core Express & Total Body Stretching Basic Stretching. You had a "Cathe" Day!

Nora, equally fun & good workout yesterday with Virtual Active - Swiss Alps Run (As Bike) = 36 Min
KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn- Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion = 26 Min and
Jessica Smith- Walk On 15 Min Fat Blasts- Fast Fat Burn Walk = 15 Min
Those are all fun workouts! Great cardio day!

Annette, more steps!!! Wow....I've always heard that walking is one of the best ways to exercise!

Today's workouts:

The Firm- Time Crunch Cardio dvd- Workout # 1 (with Allie)- "Cardio & Sculpt" - 20 min.
Interval Time App- "Treadmill & Weights Circuit" - 20 min.
YT-San Fran Fitness- "Bite-Size: CrossRope RLJR & Rebounding workout" - 5 min.

Linda - WTG with this mornings workouts, including an old DVD!!!
Annette - that's a lot of hiking you did!!!

Nora - you got in a good variety of workouts the other day too!

Today I did STS 2.0 Upper Body 2 for 60 minutes and finished up with Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch for 10 minutes. So enjoyed this workout today. Tomorrow I am taking a vacation day for a dentist appointment (crown prep), haircut, DMV and post office with my son to get him ready to move into his condo. Lunch with him and then home to catch soccer games.
 
Great workout today, Nicki, (and a long one)with STS 2.0 Upper Body -60 minutes and Step Boss Extended Lying Stretch -10 minutes. Sounds like you will have a busy day
