Hi Siobhan,

Today we did the 7 Kick Progression workout with added upper body weights and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes for an hour.

Then I did about 25 minutes of weight work with the cables and dumbbells before getting sidetracked talking to a fellow weight lifter for a long time.

So now I need to go home and do laundry.

Hi Annette,

I got up to work out yesterday but had to take another rest day. That moderna shot wiped me out. I was able to work, just not work out. See you... today :)
