Good Morning Everyone,

I got up early today. I was simply wide awake at 4:45 so I got up, had coffee and began my workout.

Today I did TT - Upper Body workout + Cathe's intensity hiit/bootcamp premix. I have not done intensity in a looooog time. Very energizing.

Today I did KCM Kickboxing premix then went to the gym for 35 minutes of weight work.

I am hoping to get to the pool today.

Good workouts!

4.45 is the middle of the night if you ask me. I like getting up at 6.45 even though that only gives us 45min for showers, breakfast and packing lunches. Anytime I get up earlier I feel it all day... Falling asleep behinf my pc or yawning too much and reaching for unhealthy food.

I had a very restless night, maybe my legs were just too tired and the fact that I did not relax after my w/o before bed probably didn't help.

This morning I did 5min zumba then 16 min 1 mile belly, thigh and buns w/o with Jessica Smith. I quite enjoy Jessica Smith workouts on YouTube. Has anyone done her Walk on dvds?

I like having low impact w/o's mixed between my harder w/o's.

This afternoon my Barre Amped Bootcamp dvd arrived. I had read several of you enjoy it so of course I was curious and I could find it for a reasonable price. Boy were my legs shaking! I like her! Low impact, but not easy. I did an hour, going thru all sections except core as it was time to go give bball training. I look forward to receiving the other Suzanne Bowen dvds I ordered.

I think I will take tonight off.

I quite enjoy Jessica Smith workouts on YouTube. Has anyone done her Walk on dvds?
I quite enjoy her. She is in my top 5 instructors! I do not have any of her dvds (yet!!), but I do like her youtube walking ones when I am achy but still need to move. The stride one with the band is probably my favourite. I really enjoy her barre ones too! I think she has experience either personally or as a therapist in back disorders as she is aware of this in every move and workout she presents. :)

Nice that you are having a good time with your new workouts. Have to keep things spicy!!
