LIHI Upper Body Circuit, and did your stretch for 10 min instead of Cathe's workout was about 40 Min. Double high fives on that high Octane Cathe workout, awesome job

Annette- Way to get it done today at the gym with cardio and weights. Bravo 42 min on the elliptical and 18 minutes of weight work. That sounds like very thorogh workout about 1 hour in all, WTG and triple high fives!! Have a wonderful blessed day
