Today's workout will be a nice relaxing IFit treadmill walk in Wicklow Mountains National Park,
Glendalough, Ireland - 19 min.

Today I did LIHI Upper Body Circuit - I didn't do Cathe's stretch and will do my own for about 10 minutes. Workout was 40 minutes. I am drenched. I forgot how enduring this workout is. It's non-stop. Cathe, please!!!

Hi ladies,

Today absolutely nothing looked appealing at home, sigh. So I came to the gym and did 42 minutes on the elliptical and 18 minutes of weight work using the back machine and floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes with a stretch. So worked out to be an hour, so not bad.

Nice workouts ladies.

good to me!

Oh, I am trying to be good and follow no workouts for a week instructions, but boy, it's hard....especially since
my knee is feeling a little bit better, still kinda' sore....my treadmill walk was on the slower side, but the
scenery in Ireland was lovely, and very relaxing... I'm gonna try & find some sort of knee brace/support to use for awhile and see if that helps. I did get some light dusting & vacuuming done too, so that was good.

LIHI Upper Body Circuit, and did your stretch for 10 min instead of Cathe's workout was about 40 Min. Double high fives on that high Octane Cathe workout, awesome job;)!!

Annette- Way to get it done today at the gym with cardio and weights. Bravo 42 min on the elliptical and 18 minutes of weight work. That sounds like very thorogh workout about 1 hour in all, WTG and triple high fives!! Have a wonderful blessed day;)

You really enjoy the Kaleigh Cohen Cycling workouts, don’t you? She must have a ton of them, that’s great….oh, did you end up ordering Kelly’s 2 new Raw dvds? I did not, with all of Cathe’s new ones, I figured I had enough to go on for awhile! How’s your soreness? Hoping it is feeling better…
