Hi Everyone,

Today I did a short 20 minute sydney cummings workout and then did a short 'how to get flexible legs' youtube video which i did twice yesterday as well. I am really trying to help my legs/hips. it's really working!

Hi Ceci,

Today I taught my Disco 2 circuit to 6 ladies for 51 minutes.

Then I did 45 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs, with a stretch at the end.

Cooler today but still humid.
