Daily check in Wednesday June 20

Hi all,

I did 50 min. at the gym on weights then did 20 min. on the treadmill using the interval setting.

I am sweating buckets considering it is over 90 degrees outside and we have no a/c.

Good thing I have running around to do so I can be in an a/c car and stores.

PS oh yea, I lost another pound so I am happy!!!!!
 
Good work Annette. It's boiling here today too.

This morning I tried out Amy Dixon's Breathless Body 2 The Edge. It was good and tough! Very tough but I got through it.

Carmen - I hope everything ends up being okay for you.
