Hi Annette,

Today I did a short X10 - 2 10 minute segments + the warm up = 33 minutes. I added in my own stretch. I forgot how fun and how hard X10 is - wow. I couldn't continue :(

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 3 ladies and we tried my new Up Beat Dance Workout. It was nonstop cardio for 44 minutes. We used my Kickbix Frenzy music and they liked it. One lady got over 5000 steps in the class. The moves were taken from another workout that they all hate the music .

I did 30 minutes of weight work using the cables and 1 machine plus floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
