Today's workouts:

Blender- XTrain STS 2.0 Upper Body w/Core - 23 min.
Blender- STS 2.0 Total Body Bonus Moves # 1 - 21 min.
Hydrow CT #31- 10 min. Rowing & Weights EMOM

Got a little pull in my back/hip... :( Might try & go to chiropractor later today, we'll see. Must have turned or twisted or lifted the wrong way !!!

Linda - so sorry to read you pulled something. I hate that. ugh. I hope you mend fast. Great workout, nonetheless!

Today I did Cathe's old Supersets workout. It was really good. I love seeing the old gang. I added on about 10 minutes of her 2.0 mobility/stretch workout.

Hi ladies,

Slept in later than I meant to, but I think my last 2 days of long workouts have caught up to me.

So I did 45 minutes combined of 2 different FITT Technology Cardio Kickboxing (basically Taebo) that were each 30 minutes long. So 20 minutes off of 1 and 25 off the other, I am sweating buckets here.

Linda, hope you feel better.

Sorry for the late check in. I did not workout today as DH and I had to meet SIL and DH's Adult Child brother for a his birthday lunch and take care of Estate stuff.

Linda- Sorry to hear about your back/hip. I hope you feel better soon. Nice workout today with:
