Good morning everyone,

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday - I didn't workout and I was at the agency.

But today - I did Cathe's PUB (why doesn't she make a new one of this pyramid style workout that everyone seems to love???)

Then I did Cathe's Intensity double hiit - goodness that a quick and dirty 25 minutes workout. I also love the double hiit + bootcamp - that's a great premix at around 45 minutes.

Carmen - love your venting and your secret desire. I sure hope you can get closer to that goal!

Conni - as usual - such a trooper getting in your workout.

Hi Siobhan,

Today was TF Low Impact Hiit 25, PLB ( Pyramid up), floorwork, and then stability ball core.

Don't think I will be able to work out tomorrow, heading to Panama City on an early flight. I plan on hitting the treadmill Friday am before leaving to get back to Ohio.

I will hopefully be checking in Saturday with Afterburn to pick back up on the rotation.
 
Hi gals,

I went to the gym and did 20 min. of the treadmill and 55 min. of weights hitting all muscle groups upper and lower. It was a good workout.
