Today's workouts:

YT-go simpli- 20 min. seated Upper Body Med Ball workout
Destination: Greece (another passport adventure!)
Bitgym- 10 min. Alimiros River Rowing workout, Crete, Greece
Bitgym- 20 min. Elafonisi Island Treadmill workout, Crete Greece

I'll have to say, Crete is a beautiful place............

Good Morning Everyone,

Thank you for your supportive messages. It means so much to me. It's a rough week for us all here. Maisy was just such a great dog (like most dogs) and we miss her dearly. My youngest DD and I had a lovely day yesterday touring around Niagara-on-the-Lake, just to get away from it all. I took a rest day yesterday. And Nora, wow. You said you've been through this many times over. How do you cope each time?

Today, I did Boho Beautiful yoga for 47 minutes. Walking around yesterday gave me blisters :( so no running shoes for me today.

I'm so glad to see everyone working out this week. Welcome back Annette! It seems you had a great vacation.

Yes, Siobhan our vacation was wonderful!

Today I did Dana Pieper's Kickbox Challenge workout and I am sweating buckets as I type this. Whew!!! I forgot how challenging it is!!

Might lay in the sun it is beautiful here today!

Nice low impact workout for you Siobhan.

Siobhan- I'm so glad you were comforted by everyone comforting words and well wishes. Its good you got tospend time with your DD and took the day off. Not that you'd be ready to even think about anything else.
Yes, I have been through this terrible journey 4 times so painful and yet remembering good times with treasured pets been blessed to know. I've had to mourn each one. It never gets easy..
You just have to get through it, you never forget or get over it. Hang in there.

Yes, Linda it is nice to be home and back in a relaxed routine. Vacations are nice and if money weren't an issue we would take many more . Hubby figured out that if we were to drive straight through that we could have 2 more days at out destinations. Mind you I told him that 8 hours straight would require more stops to stretch our legs. So it might end up being 9 hours on the road.
