Hi Everyone,

I didn't work out yesterday. I slept in. I was up checking the score for the basketball game warriors vs raptors. Raptors are gonna win. I can feel it. the city is going crazy.

Today I did my own WB of PUB/PLB + my own extended stretch.

Today was a WB mix of both RWH LI Hiit segments plus abs and a Jessica Smith stretch.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Killer Kickbox routine to 6 ladies for 44 minutes. It was a lot of fun.

Then I did 50 minutes of weight work. I worked all the way up to 90 pounds for bench press. I got it off the rack and brought it part way down but stopped short of a full rep because I wanted to be able to get it back up. Started at just the bar(45 pounds) then did 6 reps at 45, 55, 60,65,70,75,80,85 was 4 reps, then 90 being half a rep. I was very pleased with myself.

Then I did flies, hammer curls with 35 and 40 pound dumbbells, one arm overhead triceps, lat pull down wide and under hand grip, seated clean and press, then ended with floorwork abs and legs.
