Good Morning Everyone,

Today my workout was short. I wasn't feeling it. I did a 5 minute Cathe warm-up and a 30 minute T&D heavy weight leg workout. That's it for me. I'll do my own stretch.

Annette - you can take back shoes after you've worn them outside? Not here! wow. not a bad deal at all.
Nora - I guess you are taking a couple of rest days this week. I hope your room gets sorted!

KCM- Home Gym Intervals dvd-Workout #2 (with bike) - 29 min. & the Bonus Waistline Abs on the
dvd- 10 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, California skier workout

Hi ladies

I opted not to go to the pool today, probably go tomorrow.

But I laid in the sun for 132 minutes plus I just finished the Taebo Get Amped 32 minute workout so I am a sweaty mess.

As for the shoes, Siobhan, I bought them at a REI store and if you join their club it is only $30 for a lifetime membership and this allows you to return any item (prefer gently used I would think) up to a year from when you purchased it. So if the shoes don't work I can return them for an exchange, refund or gift card and this goes for items purchased online also. Now REI is more of an outdoor type store but they carry sneakers, sandals, hiking shoes or boots, shorts, pants, sporty skorts for outside sports, camping gear, pet supplies, dehydrated meals and the like. So we bought the membership so I can return the shoes, very nice benefit in my book. Check them out online.

So I am finished.

Pool maybe tomorrow.

My daughter got me a live subscription for Christmas so that has been my focus versus the DVDs.

Cathe Live #288-Hooked on PHA...I think these are my favorite type of strength routines. Great cardio effect too!

I'm still working on my room as its still a work in progress, but its getting there. I think Persistence is the key or stubbornness you pick, it will get done.

ChelePA - Hi and welcome aboard:) I have to agree Cathe's PHA workouts are a favorite for me as well. What's not to love about PHA between fun and challenging weights and a great cardio effect as well, it's a winner in my book:)
