Hot here too.
Well, somehow I tweaked my shoulder blade this morning and it hurts.
I went to the gym and managed 9 minutes on the stair machine and 45 minutes on the elliptical. I tried some weight work but everything hurt. I did a couple of flies and chest press but it hurt too much. Then did some overhead triceps, lying overhead back extension but that hurt too. Did do hammer curls and used the weighted bar for some painful front raises. Did floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and some stretches for the shoulder blade.
That was about 20 minutes.
