Hi Siobhan,

Hope your vacation is going well.

Today I had 3 , 2 ladies and a gentlemen, and we did my Compound Full body Plate Routine for 47 minutes including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. The 1st ab exercise we used a plate. This one is tough, lemme tell you.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including barbell bench press, 2 new machines for back (really all upper body is used) and shoulder, cables for upper body and a 30 pound barbell for bicep curls.

Now I need to go home.
