aqua girl

Cathlete
Good morning to all, this morning I made it to the pool (yay) and did one of my aqua aerobics workout on
My iPod shuffle (it's waterproof). That was fun. After I got home, I did a test workout (15 min) that Amy
Bento Ross put on YouTube, just the first section of a new workout that I think she's working on which
Is a rebounder and kettlebell interval type workout. It was really fun and if I see that one on DVD
Eventually, hopefully it will show up on my shelf :):). Have a good day.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 8 ladies for 50 minutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork legs, but I pulled my arm again and had to cut my weight workout short due to the pain yet again, sigh.....[emoji52].

Have a great day![emoji3]

Oh man....be careful with the weights. I'm sorry you hurt yourself. Linda, I like Amy B-R but can never seem to get into her wkouts. It ok though as I have over 200 dvds!! I tried to do a barre wkout this morning .....I stood there watching and finally realized "give it up". I'm pooped from 2 days of power washing the house then 2 days of painting. I still have many project around the house but today called for rest. Have a great day everyone.

Hey there again, I got in a couple more short workouts and cleaned my downstairs since I got back. I did 2 of my
Blender 16 min. Workouts - 16 min. S&S Chest, Back, & Shoulders and a 16 min. Heavy Bag workout. So I got in
A good variety today, aqua aerobics at the pool, little rebounder & kettlebell w/o, little weights workout, and a
Little Heavy Bag w/o. I gotta have variety :). Peg, I don't even want to guess how many DVDs I have, but to give
You an idea, I have about 5 or 6 of those Discgear cases that hold 120, all full, and them some. Sick, I know,
But in my defense :), a lot of the DVDs have been collected over 40 yrs. & that ain't even counting the VHS tapes
I still have, but certainly not as many... It's hard to part with my workouts, but I probably should do an overhaul :)

Wow - good workouts everyone - even you Peg! I did not workout Tuesday - i just couldn't either. too many workout days with no breaks left my body sore.

Today I did skogg+ the first cardio segment in AT - love that! it's tough for me. I love it when cathe says okay, let's do it again - agaiiin? makes me laugh everytime

hope to see you all tomorrow

Hi Ladies,

Nice workouts.

I didn't manage a workout on Wednesday. I had the afternoon off with my son and for a change there was no bball training, so we went into town and had lunch and saw the new Minions movie and then ended up shopping for baby clothes instead of going out for dinner. I was surprised at how into it Magnus got... he loved helping to pick out items for his baby brother.

It was a hot day and with a lot of walking, go in more than my goal steps and also reached my daily burn, but unfortunately I was in long jeans and my inner thighs got irritated by the rubbing and sweat :p Not a nice feeling. I felt more like icing my thighs than a workout at night, and ended up just relaxing with a good book.

I slept like crap, only got about 4 hours of sleep Wednesday-Thursday night and tonight (Thursday) I have a dinner at bball for all the volunteers that help run the club, so I doubt I can get in a workout :(

Maybe next week when Magnus is with his dad I can do more, but then again... it is getting hot again and we have 3 bedrooms to redecorate and I will be working 40hr work weeks and commuting, so maybe not much extra. Bummer!

Peg & Linda - don't get me started on counting DVDs. I honestly don't want to know. Workout DVDs and books, can't seem to get enough of either. And of course yarn... for all my crochet projects.

Siobhan - You did Rippedism a while ago right? Did you like it? I am considering getting it. Looks good and a good deal for lifetime access.
