Today we tried my newest workout renamed 'The Lower Body Challenge '. It was tough but they loved it!!! I just need to add 1 more combo because I had 1 song left over even with repeating some of the combos. It was about 47 minutes but will be 51 when it is all complete.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work for chest, back and shoulders.

I had to cut it short because I had an appointment with the oral surgeon.
